Premium class interior doors EGD-LUXUS system have an aluminum frame and aluminum door frame. Aluminum is painted in any color according to the RAL palette. Doors can be made up to 360 cm high and they will never warp. Although the leaf is quite massive, thanks to high-quality hidden hinges the door swings extremely easily, and magnetic gaskets ensure soft closing and tightness of the door.
The door structure is unique:
- Leaf thickness 51 mm;
- Door frame and leaf made of aluminum profiles;
- This structure allows you to “insert” the finishing material into the door structure, and the 3 mm aluminum edge of the leaf profile protects the finish from mechanical damage.
- You can choose different finishes and different sides.
- The leaf filling is a STADUR board that is self-adhesive over the entire plane.
- Sealing gaskets are installed in both the frame and leaf, which allows you to achieve good tightness.
